This page explains general inquiries sent through this website and the separate booking service provided through Jane. For questions about therapy records, please speak with your therapist.
Information you share
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and a short message. These details are sent to the clinic so we can respond to your inquiry by email.
Please keep your message general. Avoid including sensitive health information, medical records, payment information, or details you would prefer to discuss directly with your therapist.
Sending your inquiry
The website uses Resend, an email delivery service, to send your name, email address, and message to the clinic inbox at info@stoneglasstherapy.com. Your email address is included so the clinic can reply.
The website contact form does not create a client account or save your message in a website database. Sending it does create an email handled by the delivery service and the clinic mailbox. Please ask the clinic about how inquiry emails are retained.

Booking with Jane
Our booking links open Stoneglass Therapy’s Jane booking site. Account registration and appointment booking take place there, separately from this website’s contact form.
Jane’s privacy notice explains its platform’s information handling and the respective roles of Jane and the clinic. Questions about patient records should be directed to the clinic; questions about Jane account authentication can be directed to Jane.

You can use our contact page to ask how to reach the person responsible for privacy at the clinic, or to ask about accessing or correcting your information. Keep that first message general and request guidance on how to share any sensitive details.
